1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Brighton Bytes services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access our services.

• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Brighton Bytes, our employees, or other users

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Brighton Bytes. Our services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Subscription Services and Payment

Some of our services, including Small Business Launchpad and its add-ons, are provided on a subscription basis. The following terms apply to subscription services:

• Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via our payment provider. Unless stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the prevailing rate.
• No minimum term. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions are rolling monthly agreements with no minimum term. You may cancel at any time and will not be charged again after the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.
• Effect of cancellation. When your subscription ends, we will stop hosting and maintaining your website and any associated services at the end of your final billing period.
• Your content. You retain ownership of the content you provide to us or create through the CMS (text, images and business information). On request, we will provide an export of your content at or after cancellation.
• Our materials. The underlying software, templates, designs and infrastructure used to deliver subscription services remain the property of Brighton Bytes and are licensed to you only for the duration of your subscription.
• Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any change to your subscription price, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions.

7. Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this company excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Brighton Bytes, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
