How much does bespoke work cost?

Is there a setup fee or a contract?
Small Business Launchpad has no setup fee and no contract — it's £99/month + VAT, rolling monthly, cancel anytime. Bespoke projects have no long-term lock-in either: they're quoted upfront and invoiced per milestone, so you only ever pay for the work agreed.
How do I pay?
Small Business Launchpad subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Bespoke projects are invoiced per milestone with payment via Stripe or bank transfer. We make it easy either way.
Can I add to or scale up my project later?
Yes. With Small Business Launchpad you can bolt on add-ons like the AI Receptionist, Chatbot or Google Business Profile management whenever you're ready. Bespoke projects can be delivered in phases and extended over time — we build a foundation and grow it alongside your business.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT at 20% is added to all invoices, for both Small Business Launchpad and bespoke work. For Launchpad, that means the total including VAT is £118.80/month.
Can I start with one and move to the other later?
Absolutely. Many businesses start with Small Business Launchpad and later commission bespoke add-ons or a fully custom rebuild — and your content is always yours to keep. Equally, a bespoke client can pick up Launchpad add-ons like an AI Receptionist. Nothing is one-way.
